Workspaces
Workspaces can be created for important projects or matters, and are based on a pre-defined template that you create to determine the folders you desire for each workspace. Workspaces are then dynamically created for every matter or project. NetDocuments yet again proves its technological leadership by creating a way to organize your information in a user-friendly way when you have hundreds to thousands of clients, matters or projects. NetBinders
If all you need is a quick and easy way to group some documents and immediately begin sharing securely without any administrative involvement, simply create a NetBinder for some "ad-hoc" collaboration, usually with a limited set of documents.

Notifications—With NetDocuments you can notify others when changes have been made or documents viewed. The service maintains a history of who changed what and when, and you can maintain multiple versions of a document and create separate redlined versions for comparison by using the built-in track changes feature of Microsoft Word or using market-leading Workshare® DeltaView®.

Synchronization—By turning on the NetDocuments "echo" feature, altered files are automatically saved to both the online repository and to your local hard drive. This not only improves performance but allows access to your documents while on the road or when the Internet is not accessible. Drop documents into an Auto Import Folder on your desktop or notebook PC and later connect to the Internet to have these documents synchronize back to your NetDocuments repository and be made available to others.

Organization—Add notes and discussion threads on a particular topic. Cross-reference one document with another by linking the related documents together. NetDocuments unites people and information to create a team that is more efficient, agile and productive.
